Loved this hotel! the rooms were cozy and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious with a range of local products. the staff was friendly and provided great tips for activities in the area. One of the best aspects was the location, as it was a short walk to restaurants and shops.
That the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it wasn't a big issue since we were busy exploring the beautiful surroundings. a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway.

warm and friendly environment, great location, very nice breakfast with great variety and taste (...older reviews regarding poor breakfast should not be valid anymore), highly recommended both for couples and group of friends
the room was not cleaned everyday

Warm friendly welcome, given hot tea and cake and comfortably seated in lovely reception room. Most comfortable bed in 5 weeks of European travel.Soft ,fluffy bathrobes, slippers & towels. Tealight candles supplied.
Breakfast was only cake (?), breads, jams, etc. Should offer cereals, and especially yogurt with greek honey.

Friendly and polite staff, nice building, nice and clean room.
It was really difficult driving to the hotel, with a narrow and slippery street. The hotel is nice, and the effort to transform an old house in a characteristic hotel is appreciable, but for the same price you could easily find other hotels with "international" standards. Ano Pedina village is not the best among the villages in the area.

The hotel was in a great location close to some of the best sights and activities in the area. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, and we found a few things that should have been better taken care of. the bed was not very comfortable, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Hotel: Polite and helpful staff, nice building, clean, beautifully decorated room. Rich breakfast, served at the balcony in front of our room. Location: Ano Pedina is in a convenient location to explore the area of Zagorochoria.
Hotel: Value for money could be improved. Not directly relevant to the hotel: a) there was an all-night party at the village square, so it was impossible to sleep one night. Take ear plugs and ask for such events before booking. b) Ano Pedina is not one of the most beautiful villages in the area.

Room was very nice, personnel very friendly. Best part was that there was no restriction in breakfast time...
Road access to the hotel entrance needs improvement, but you can always leave your car 100m. nearby, so the problem is minor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. Situated at the top of a steep hill, the hotel offers breathtaking views over the village below. The location is perfect, allowing guests to easily explore the surrounding area and all its charming villages. The service at this place was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a much-appreciated welcome drink. The room was cozy and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I particularly loved the terrace where I could relax and take in the stunning scenery.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Staff were pleasant and helpfull. The hotel was a treasure and our room quite lovely.. Really enjoyed our breakfast outside overlooking the little village of Ano Pedino - so quiet and peacefull - really enjoyed our visit.
Driving to the hotel was a little difficult due to the narrow streets and the steep climb up to the hotel - had to stop to ask directions also. However, was well worth the effort.

We stayed 2 nights whilst visiting Zagoria - it was close to the Vikos Gorge and had fabulous views from the hotel. Breakfast was good and served outside so we could take in the views. The room was very comfortable including a four poster bed however the ensuite was quite small.
We visited during July which is the low season for this area therefore only 1 of the 3 restaurants in the village was open and the menu was very limited especially for vegetarians. The second night we ended up driving into Monodendri to eat which was only about 15 minutes away. There as a new manager in place therefore some of the previous comments about the hotel no longer hold true ie about food served other than breakfast.

This hotel has been a wonderful surprise to us. We got there tired and sleepless and got pampered and fed and welcomed. The place is very very sweet and romantic, with magnificent view, located on the top of the village. Our room was quite spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We got wonderful breakfast and the owners were happy to prepare lunch-to-go for us as well. They were also very helpful with all the directions we needed to move around the area. I believe this hotel made all the difference to our vacation. I would recommend highly the bigger, separate, two storey cottages if you can afford, they really make up for the price. Will definately return to this cosy hotel.
